Made from carefully selected olive varieties grown on the estate of Marina Colonna: Frantoio, Peranzana, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Nociara, Fs17, Nocellara, Maiatica, Kalamata and other experimental varieties, thus creating a perfectly balanced, harmonious blend with predominant notes of ripe tomato and artichoke. This medium-fruity oil is an excellent oil for its versatility and perfect for pasta, grilled fish and meats, stews, boiled or steamed vegetables and salads.
