At Olive Oil Lovers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your harvest; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or full refund.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your olive oil or balsamic vinegar bottles are unopened with the original heat-shrink seal intact and were purchased within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the items, especially if you are reporting damage or a shipping error.
Pack Securely
Carefully repack the items using the original protective bubble wrap and cardboard inserts to prevent breakage during the return transit.
Ship and Refund
Affix the provided return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
