This organic extra virgin olive oil produced under the strict requirements of PDO Les Garrigues is also Non-GMO Project Verified. The 100% organic Arbequina olives harvested in October from trees native to the Lleida region of Spain - also home to the Henri Mor olive groves - produce an oil at its maximum sensorial quality. Both the aroma and flavor offer fruity notes of apple, pear, green banana and green almond. A slight bitterness on the palate and touch of spiciness at the finish provide balance to the oil.
