Estoublon Bouteillan w/ Gift Box

Produced exclusively from Bouteillan variety olives grown in the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence, this aromatic extra virgin olive oil is well-balanced and wonderfully complex with relatively prominent bitterness and sharpness. The taste is reminiscent of garden artichoke with notes of green lettuce and sour apple. This olive oil pairs perfectly with tomato carpaccio and white fish filet. It is also a great seasoning for steamed vegetables or a tomato salad, as well as for finishing grilled fish before serving.
